The LinkedIn Profile Optimization Workshop is a 2-day, hands-on program that turns a student's LinkedIn profile into a job-ready digital identity - one that recruiters can find, read, and act on.Students don't just get theory on "how LinkedIn works." They build the profile live during the workshop.
Mastering Communication
Mastering Communication is a 9-day practical program that helps students actively participate in a variety of structured activities. Students learn to speak on stage and express themselves confidently, think quickly and communicate effectively, and collaborate with peers to overcome hesitation.
X-Factor Coding Competitions
X-Factor Coding Competitions is a ready-to-deploy coding contest program for engineering and degree colleges. The flagship format - Campus Coding League - has been designed, tested, and delivered at Mohan Babu University (Tirupati), and can be replicated on any campus with modest infrastructure.
X-Factor Hackathons
X-Factor Hackathons is a hackathon program partner for colleges. You pick a theme (or co-design one with us), and we bring the full structure — problem framing, mentor guidance, engineering standards, an AI-usage policy, live deployment infrastructure, and a rigorous evaluation framework.
